On events that require a deposit to be paid, in case of a no show, the deposits are non-refundable.
Allergens and Intolerances Our chefs do their utmost and take the necessary precautions and due diligence to prevent cross contamination of allergens whilst preparing the food. However, there is always a minimal risk of cross – contamination, as in our facilities we make use of products such as milk, eggs, gluten, molluscs, crustaceans, mustard, peanuts, other tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, fish, lupin and soya. Although we have strict cross contamination policies, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in our items. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this minimal risk.
